Landscaping Crew Member
Position: Crew Member
Description:
As a Crew Member at SouthernEEZ Landscaping, you will be responsible for performing various lawn maintenance tasks to ensure our clients’ properties are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves physical labor, working outdoors, and collaborating with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing
- Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
- Assist with landscape tasks such as mulching, and annual flower planting as needed
- Operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment and tools
- Ensure job sites are clean and presentable
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-22 per hour
Schedule/Location:
- Monday-Friday
- 10-hour shifts, 40-45 hours per week
- Our office in Charlotte, NC
