Palm Health Resources has partnered with a leading North Carolina health system experiencing rapid growth and innovation. Were seeking a highly skilled, OR-focused Cardiothoracic Surgery PA to join their elite team of surgeons, APPs, and perfusionists.

Position Highlights

• $90,000 Sign-On Bonus a rare and exceptional incentive for this level of role
• Primary OR-focused Cardiothoracic Surgery position, including thoracic case exposure
• Proficiency in EVH and radial harvest (Radials preferred but not mandatory) , with experience in central ECMO management is a Plus
• 4x10 schedule with shared call rotation
