As an Executive Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement in the dynamic restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and morale
• Develop and implement seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain exceptional standards
• Manage inventory and supply chain for cost-effective operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Train and mentor culinary team members in techniques and best practices
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
• Develop and manage kitchen budgets and financial reports
• Innovate new dishes and culinary concepts to enhance the dining experience
• Respond to customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for scratch cooking
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
