What You Will Be Doing: Your responsibility is execution. The system provides the structure. Your daily focus will be:
- Following up persistently with inbound buyer and seller leads.
- Setting and conducting professional buyer consultations.
- Showing homes and advising buyers on local market conditions.
- Meeting with sellers to discuss listing opportunities.
- Managing transactions from contract to closing.
- Building long-term, relationship-based wealth with your clients.
Who This Opportunity Is Best For: This role is ideal for newly licensed agents, agents with 0–3 career deals closed, or ambitious individuals actively enrolled in real estate school. We are looking for people who want to treat real estate as a full-time career, not a side job.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License (OR currently enrolled/working toward obtaining one).
- Highly coachable, disciplined, and willing to follow a proven system.
- Strong, professional communication skills.
- Comfortable adopting new technology and CRM systems.
- Note: Prior sales experience is helpful but absolutely not required. We will train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $190,000.00+ per year (Performance Commission Based)
