Automotive Shop Foreman
Job details:
- The position requires managerial experience in the automotive field.
- Opening and closing the shop on a daily basis making sure the shop is open and ready for business by 7:30am Monday through Friday.
- Create and manage a maintenance schedule for all shop equipment.
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior techs.
- Collaborate with the Service Advisor to create a smooth productive work flow in the shop.
- Advise the owner of the needs of the shop and better ways of operating.
- Maintain an average of 30 billed hours weekly.
- Be open to change and what is best for the team.
