Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach in Delaware neighborhoods
Educate homeowners about Community Solar and how the program works
Help eligible residents enroll for guaranteed electric bill savings
Accurately explain program benefits using provided scripts and training
Maintain a professional, respectful presence in residential communities
Compensation
Commission-based role with weekly payouts
Industry-leading commission rates
Average reps earning $1250- $3000 per week once trained
High performers have strong six-figure earning potential
No income cap
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a reliable work ethic
Comfortable working independently in the field
Reliable transportation and clean background required
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
No college degree required
