Overview:

Our client, a reputable landscape services provider, is seeking a Production Manager to lead crew operations and uphold the company’s standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a field-focused leadership role that works closely with Branch Managers, Client Relations Managers, and Designers to ensure smooth execution of landscape services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing landscaping crews and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure all work meets both client and internal quality standards.
  • Manage labor and resource allocation to ensure efficient crew scheduling, routing, and job planning.
  • Proactively plan and adjust weekly/monthly operations to meet business needs.
  • Oversee daily equipment prep, material readiness, and morning crew dispatch.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with CRMs and Designers for seamless project hand-offs and job starts.
  • Onboard, train, and coach new crew members and supervisors in company standards and landscaping best practices.
  • Uphold company policies related to uniforms, fleet, equipment, and facilities.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement in team performance and job execution.

  • Build strong client relationships that support satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver consistent training and crew development to meet quality benchmarks.
  • Execute the job start-up process with attention to detail.
  • Make regular site visits to ensure field excellence.
  • Coordinate closely with CRMs and Designers to meet project goals and timelines.

  • Achievement of strategic goals and planning targets.
  • Safety performance: near misses and lost time incidents.
  • Quality control: audit results and client satisfaction scores.
  • Labor efficiency: actual hours vs. budget (target ≥100%).
  • Employee retention: turnover rate.
  • Client retention and renewal percentage.
