Maintenance Inventory Specialist

What you´ll do

• Manage and maintain the computerized maintenance inventory system for parts and supplies.
• Analyze usage, lead times, and stock levels to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate purchasing of spare parts, consumables, and equipment-related items to support maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely availability of critical parts.
• Track and issue inventory against work orders to support accurate cost control and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for standardization, organization, and inventory process efficiency.

What makes you a good fit

• 5 year minimum industrial / manufacturing storeroom experience.
• Experience with SAP CMMS preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently.

The salary for this role is $22.00 - 32.00 an hour . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
