Venue Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage and lead a diverse team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guests receive an unforgettable experience with every visit.
- Coordinate with the staff to ensure efficient service and quality food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels of retail area and manage supply orders to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending and restaurant management is essential.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to often work outdoors in a busy environment.
