Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is a 40-bed Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital specializing in medically complex patients requiring an average length of stay of 25 to 30 days. A typical LTAC patient may require care for: ventilator weaning, complex wounds, infections requiring IV antibiotics, complications from extensive surgery, multi-system failures, TPN, neurological / traumatic injuries, and those not yet able to participate in acute rehabilitation due to medical complexity.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision for all nursing operations during the assigned shift. The Clinical Supervisor will assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the clinical and operational functions of the unit to ensure high quality and cost effective care, clinical competency, and real time performance expectations. You will be working closely with other department leaders such as Education, HR, & Case Management. This leader will serve as a patient advocate and an administrative resource during the shift to ensure care meets hospital and professional standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.86 - $55.00 per hour

• Have you worked in an ICU or critical care Unit in the past?
• Have you held a supervisor/ Manager role in the past that you were in charge of in an inpatient hospital department?

Experience:

• Critical Care Nursing: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
