Were currently seeking a friendly, flexible, and motivated Medical Assistant who thrives in a pediatric setting and enjoys being part of a collaborative care team.

???? What You'll Do:

• Greet and support patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and assist with procedures
• Administer vaccines and medications under supervision
• Perform office-based tests and screenings
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Office Practicum experience is a plus!)
• Assist with inventory, including vaccines and medical supplies
• Support front desk operations as needed (phones, check-in, scheduling)
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment

What We're Looking For:

• CMA, RMA, (or currently enrolled in a medical program)
• experience administering vaccines to children and familiar with NCIR
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
• BLS certification
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort with flexible hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• No weekends or holidays required!
