Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Permanent
Facility: Mount Olive Center
Location: Mount Olive, NC

Position Type: Permanent Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $27.00 – $31.00/hr
Estimated Annual Salary: $56,160 – $64,480/year
Job SummaryProvide occupational therapy treatment services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Assist residents in improving functional abilities, activities of daily living, mobility, and overall independence while maintaining accurate documentation.
RequirementsActive COTA License
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Minimum 1 year of COTA experience preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong patient care and documentation skills
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License – Required
Associate Degree from an Accredited OTA Program – Required
NBCOT Certification – Required
BLS/CPR Certification – Preferred
