Sales Manager, Public Charging - US/(Los Angeles)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Build the Market: Develop and execute a winning sales strategy to drive year-over-year revenue growth in the public EV charging sector.
- Hunt for Success: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, from initial contact to signed contracts.
- Be a Market Expert: Stay on top of the latest EV trends, providing valuable insights to help shape our strategy.
- Champion Our Solutions: Represent Kempower at key industry events and build strong relationships with customers, showcasing our world-class hardware, software, and services.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- A proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally within the EV or power electronics industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role where you’ve consistently been a top performer.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- A willingness to travel up to 50% to build relationships and secure deals.
- Located in the Los Angeles area
