Corporate M&A Attorney
Job title: Corporate M&A Attorney
Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary:$120,000 - $140,000/year
What you will be doing:
- Work on sophisticated transactions for buyers, sellers, and/or private equity.
- Lead transactions and participate as part of a team.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities.
Experience you will need:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Substantial experience in all types of mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong academic background.
- Previous large firm experience is desired.
- Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and willing to become licensed in North Carolina within one year.
