Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead landscape maintenance crews to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations
• Build and maintain professional, friendly relationships with customers, responding promptly to concerns and requests
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and company procedures among team members
• Oversee the use, maintenance, and accountability of vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate fuel and mileage logs for vehicles and equipment
• Support customer service and sales efforts by developing strong relationships with maintenance customers
• Perform routine landscape tasks and ensure quality control on all projects
• Assist with turf management, fertilization, and landscape enhancement as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record over the past 3 years
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Experience in turf management and fertilization preferred
• Knowledge of landscape enhancement is a plus
• Ability to work well with others and foster a positive team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, heavy lifting, and walking for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and navigating uneven terrain
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys routine work and takes pride in maintaining high standards
