The Executive Assistant will provide high-level, proactive administrative and operational support to the Chief Consumer Banking Officer (CCBO) and support senior members of the Consumer Banking division. The incumbent will serve as trusted partner, gatekeeper, and organizational leader, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations. The Executive Assistant must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Develops polished communications, presentations, and executive materials, while exercising sound judgment, diplomacy, and discretion in handling highly confidential information and sensitive business matters.
  • Leads the planning and coordination of executive travel, meetings, and events with a focus on efficiency, cost effectiveness, and exceptional stakeholder experience. Oversees expense management, vendor relationships, and departmental administrative operations while continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, streamline operations, and support organizational effectiveness.
  • Leads the end-to-end planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership events, and offsite engagements, overseeing all logistics, materials, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality experience. Independently drives division-wide initiatives and special projects, exercising sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to achieve strategic objectives with minimal direction.
  • Manages a broad range of administrative operations, including document preparation, records management, correspondence tracking, and filing systems to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance. Oversees office support functions such as mail distribution, supply procurement, and operational administration while providing flexible, high-level support across the executive team to maintain continuity and efficiency in business operations.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior or executive-level leaders; experience supporting C-suite executives is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and work independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders and/or large, complex business units is strongly preferred.
