We boldly challenge what's possible for a sustainable world. **Job Summary：** We are seeking a motivated and skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our assembly line team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, reworking, and maintaining production units. Experience with electro-mechanical systems is essential, and familiarity with HVAC/R systems or diesel mechanics is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with production units on the assembly line. - Perform rework and maintenance tasks to ensure units meet quality standards. - Collaborate with the production team to identify and address recurring issues. - Document all diagnostic and repair activities accurately. - Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. - Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system performance and reliability. - Assist in the maintenance and repair of automated test systems, as needed. **Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC/R, or related field preferred. - Entry-level to mid-level experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems. - Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and/or diesel mechanics is highly desirable. -Effective computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Experienced Certified Brazer - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Effective communication skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime. **Key Competencies:** We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
