At RockBox Fitness Winston-Salem, we specialize in high-energy group classes, personal training, personalized coaching, and nutrition guidance. We’re looking for a sales-driven superstar who’s as passionate about closing deals as they are about our workouts.

This is a SALES position first. Your primary focus will be to grow memberships, meet and exceed sales quotas, and deliver an amazing first impression to every guest who walks through our doors.

If you’re the right fit, you’ll be:

• A skilled communicator who thrives on building relationships and closing sales

• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual with high personal standards

• Ready to commit to taking 1–2 RockBox classes per week so you can promote what you love

What You’ll Do
Sales & Lead Management

• Lead the consultative sales process with prospects and current members to meet/exceed quotas

• Make calls, send texts, and follow up daily with leads

• Sell memberships, upgrades, and add-on products/services

Customer Experience

• Greet every member and guest warmly and enthusiastically

• Respond quickly to calls, texts, and emails

• Create a welcoming, positive first impression for all visitors

Operations & Studio Support

• Keep the front desk, retail area, and arena organized and clean

• Assist with member communications (texts, calls, milestone/birthday cards)

• Maintain stock of retail and front desk supplies

• Complete other duties as assigned by the General Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (fitness or membership sales a plus)

• Passion for health and fitness

• Strong verbal/written communication skills

• Positive, coachable, and adaptable

• High school diploma (required)

• Basic computer skills
