10-4 Logistics is welcoming recent CDL Class A graduates to join its regional fleet based in Charlotte, NC, serving the Eastern United States. We provide paid, over‑the‑road finish training and offer aggressive tuition reimbursement to help reduce or eliminate CDL school debt.
- Tuition reimbursement and pay: Earn a guaranteed $1,600+ per week while gaining real‑world OTR experience with a professional mentor during paid finish training.

What you will learn:
- Advanced backing and tight‑quarters maneuvering in East Coast urban hubs, including metropolitan Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD) operation and FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.
- Safe, efficient operation of late‑model diesel equipment (2024–2026).
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL obtained from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- Clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
