Campaign Manager
Summary/objective
The Campaign Manager, Marketplace has a primary objective of targeting, launching, and project managing the execution of opt-out campaigns on behalf of our Certified Network Partners (CNP). The Campaign Manager, Marketplace will become a subject matter expert on their assigned Marketplace Partners and be the go-to resource for CNPs related to execution and ongoing relationship management. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as with a team, give great attention to detail, and possess strong organizational skills, along with the ability to handle high volumes.
Core Job Duties
- Target Certified Network Partners that have not enabled specific Marketplace Partners in their environment to pitch the launch via opt-out campaigns
- Build a customized launch campaign pitch with financial incentives for each CNP on the targeted list
- Collaborate with the Marketplace team, CNP Partner Success Managers, and CNP Network Relationship Managers to gain visibility and increase engagement through existing CNP relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing and/or Product Marketing to create appropriate materials to support the campaign launch for CNP • Coordinate and manage additional strategic integration projects as requested
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams
- Project manage, along with the Marketplace Operations team, to operationalize and launch the campaign for CNP within Partner Hub

Experience Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires an associate's degree or 3+ years' experience in the relevant industry
- Experience interpreting service agreements and contracts • General knowledge of HCM, payroll, or benefits industry
- General knowledge of or ability to learn website content management team • Excellent computer skills in MS Office suite required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.
