The Business Development Specialist will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our customer base within the parking industry. You will play a crucial role in increasing market share, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the strategic goals of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Market Research:

  • Identify and research new potential clients and market opportunities within the parking industry.
  • Use data-driven insights to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs to craft tailored business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads for business growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to increase retention and repeat business.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to present parking solutions and services to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into contracts and develop new revenue streams.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as real estate developers, municipalities, and property managers.
  • Promote the company's solutions in relevant industry forums, trade shows, and networking events.

Sales Reporting & Proposal/ Contract Assistance:

  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, opportunities, and outcomes to management.
  • Track and analyze the success of business development eff orts, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing structures for potential clients.
  • Ensure all proposals are aligned with company goals, policies, and market trends.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the parking, real estate, or facilities management industries.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and successfully driving growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the parking industry and its trends.
