Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Precast Concrete Production worker. As a Precast Concrete Production worker, your tasks will include manufacturing high-quality precast concrete products that meet industry standards, performing quality control inspections, and ensuring production deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in precast concrete production or a related field preferred.
• Previous masonry, carpentry, cabinet-making, construction, framing or landscaping experience
• Basic math skills along with the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
• Familiarity with equipment such as mixers, molds, handheld carpentry and power tools
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing for extended periods, lifting and handling heavy objects
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control inspections to identify production errors or defects.
