Camp Tekoa Summer Staff

Camp Tekoa hires summer staff to lead kids in positive life changing experiences out in God's creation. Camp Tekoa's mission is: "Touching hearts, Changing lives, Sharing the light of Christ." Camp Tekoa activities include: hiking, canoeing, climbing, lake sports, field sports, court sports, arts, river boating, biking, caving, ropes courses, zip lines, horseback riding, and much more. With nine one week sessions, Camp Tekoa staff work in a variety of programs with a variety of age groups of campers. Staff get time off each weekend. If you want a summer job with a wide variety of experiences in a cool place, Camp Tekoa is the spot!

With about a hundred staff, Camp Tekoa is a UMC camp in Hendersonville, NC operating from mid May to early August. Full or partial summer contracts are available. Camp Tekoa provides all the training you need and provides lodging, meals, and competitive pay.
