We prefer 1+ year of experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting
Willing to consider new grads who have had strong outpatient clinical rotations.

Our patient population primarily consists of active individuals ages 10+ with general orthopedic conditions of the spine and extremities.
Other areas of specialization in our clinic include the following:
- Sports medicine diagnoses and running related injuries
- Balance impairments & vestibular diagnoses
- Pregnancy & post-partum related MSK diagnoses (LBP, SIJ dysfunction, diastasis recti, and core dysfunction)
- Pelvic floor rehab for men & women
- TMJ/TMD and headaches
We have clinicians on our team with advanced training and specialty knowledge who are available for mentorship.
Synergy remains focused on delivering personalized, quality 1:1 care.
We are not a high-volume clinic. The focus is on the patient experience and efficient, skilled clinical interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. The patient volume is appropriate to allow for the delivery of skilled, ethical, patient centered care.

Our therapists embrace a treatment philosophy utilizing varied techniques: manual therapy, prescriptive exercise, neuro re-ed, patient education, IASTM, kinesiology taping, pain science, and cupping.

3. Have experience, interest, and clinical proficiency in treating general orthopedic conditions and balance impairments
4. Are seeking Full Time employment. Part time candidates will be considered based on needs of the company.

6. Have an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and ability to easily develop rapport with patients and coworkers
7. Have excellent time management skills and are efficient to keep up with daily documentation while also providing individualized, patient centered care
8. Embrace a team player mindset and work well with others including non-licensed clinical support staff and Administrative Staff.
9. Have the availability to work any of the hours our clinic is open: 8-6 pm Monday thru Thursday and 8-3:30 pm Friday including a minimum of 2 nights/week until 6:00 pm
10. Are willing to participate in community outreach events (sponsored races, fitness expos, workshops, etc) at a minimum of 1 time per quarter/4 events annually

Jacksonville, NC is located in southeastern coastal North Carolina. It is approximately 120 miles southeast of Raleigh and 50 miles north of Wilmington, NC.
