Enterprise Account Executive / Sales Leader US Market

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to expand and close deals in the US market for a B2B SaaS product company. Candidates should be based in the US and have a strong track record closing mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, pilot, negotiation, and close.

  • Drive new business development targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.

  • Consistently achieve annual sales targets ($250K+), with an average deal size of $35K+.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities; manage long, pilot-driven sales cycles.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and support scalable sales processes.

  • Mentor and support junior AEs as the organization grows.

  • Represent customer needs and provide valuable feedback.

  • Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to progress complex sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States.

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the US market.

  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle sales: discovery, pilots, negotiation, and closing.

  • Proven record in closing mid-market and enterprise deals ($250K+ annual target; $35K+ average deal size).

  • Previous experience at a B2B SaaS product company, preferably with exposure to early-stage growth and scalable sales practices.

Preferred Profile

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.

  • Background in closing enterprise deals with $75K+ ACV (ideally $100K+).

  • Experience mentoring or leading Account Executives.

  • History of consistent quota achievement.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with pilot-heavy sales cycles and frameworks like MEDDPICC.

  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
