We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Superintendent to lead our job sites with confidence, care, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Setup & Safety:

• Set up jobsite with signage, dumpster, and essential facilities.
• Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections and lead subcontractor safety briefings.

On-Site Supervision:

• Schedule and manage subcontractors and trades.
• Monitor daily progress against timelines.
• Read plans, confirm material deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

Quality Control:

• Perform daily inspections for quality, code compliance, and specifications.
• Document and communicate quality issues promptly.

Project Management & Documentation:

• Prepare for upcoming trades and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain daily logs, weekly photos, and job status reports.
• Proactively report delays and issues to the Project Manager.

Project Close-Out:

• Manage punch list completion and final walkthroughs.
• Oversee final cleaning and remove all jobsite equipment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supervising residential or custom home construction.
• Strong knowledge of all trades (framing, MEP, finishes, site work).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with BuilderTrend or similar construction management platforms.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and truck.

Work Environment:

• Primarily on project sights with some office time.
