Position SummaryHarvest Advertising Inc is seeking a Communications Agent to support outreach initiatives, customer interactions, and promotional activities. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in developing communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Communicate professionally with customers and community members.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Support outreach and engagement activities.
- Assist with preparing communication materials and reports.
- Maintain accurate communication records.
- Support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues on communications projects.
- Ensure consistent and professional messaging.
- Perform administrative support tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative support is beneficial but not required.
