Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC. This role leads to the configuration and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for large‑scale insurance platforms.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead job responsibilities include:

• Lead end‑to‑end Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and implementation, including PCFs, business rules, data models, and GUnit testing.

• Drive SaaS implementations or migrations for PolicyCenter v10, ensuring alignment with Guidewire Cloud standards and best practices.

• Design and develop PolicyCenter integrations with external systems, custom portals, message queues, and REST‑based services.

• Provide technical leadership in domain‑driven design for Personal Lines or Commercial Lines, ensuring accurate policy, rating, and underwriting workflows.

• Leverage Guidewire Cloud Data Access (CDA) and integration patterns to support reporting, downstream systems, and data governance needs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams while ensuring solution quality through code reviews and technical guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 6–8+ years of hands‑on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration development.

• ACE‑certified Guidewire PolicyCenter professional with experience delivering at least two full‑lifecycle implementations in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.

• Proven experience implementing or migrating PolicyCenter v10 SaaS, including PCFs, business rules, data models, integrations, and cloud data access patterns.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $60.00 per hour
