Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate - Financial Services - Multiple Offices (NC)

A highly motivated associate is sought to join a dynamic Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice within the Financial Services team. This position is available in North Carolina, with a strong preference for candidates based in Charlotte or Raleigh.

This role would be Hybrid! With amazing pay and benefits.

Essential Qualifications, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Experience & Expertise : 3-5 years of sophisticated finance experience, with proven ability to document, negotiate, close, and conduct due diligence for a wide range of secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions. Prior experience with syndicated credit facilities is strongly preferred.

• Transaction Management : Demonstrated track record managing complex commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing stages.

• Professional Skills : Strong academic credentials paired with excellent written and oral communication skills. Must possess exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and a commitment to delivering superior client service.

• Licensing : Must be licensed, or immediately eligible for licensure, to practice law in North Carolina.
