Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the front office department
- Prior experience in a front office or guest service role
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
