Salary: $140,000-$150,000+bonus eligible

Job Summary

As a Mobile Solutions Architect, you’ll be the go-to expert for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile solutions. You’ll own the charge in modernizing our mobile platforms, shaping the technical roadmap, and mentoring developers to build apps that users love.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and other Canteen architects to shape mobile strategy.
• Designing mobile-first solutions that integrate with cloud services and identity platforms.
• Leading technical innovation—bringing fresh ideas, evaluating new tools, and setting best practices.
• Reviewing code and guiding teams toward clean, maintainable, and performant solutions.
• Solving complex problems across mobile, cloud operations, and identity management.
• Driving adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and agile development practices.
• Mentoring developers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you Bring

• 4+ years in mobile architecture or solution design.
• Deep knowledge of mobile development (Android, iOS, cross-platform frameworks).
• Strong grasp of cloud platforms (especially AWS), identity and access management, and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with languages like C#, Node.js, or Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly and inspire teams.

Bonus Points For:

• Building Android apps from the ground up.
• Working with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience in enterprise environments with high security and performance standards.
