401k Retirement Analyst

- Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the retirement benefits team
- Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and internal process audits to ensure plan accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Payroll and external vendor partners to research and resolve data and financial discrepancies
- Manage contribution funding and asset reconciliation activities
- Assist with generating and maintaining retirement plan reports
- Respond to employee retirement plan inquiries through the AskHR ticketing system
- Support annual 401(k) audit requests, including gathering documentation and responding to internal and external inquiries
- Prior experience and working knowledge of retirement plan administration (401(k))
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, along with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting audits and compliance-related requests
- Ability to work cross-functionally with payroll teams and external vendors
- Communication skills and a customer-service mindset
