Las funciones de limpieza incluyen:
Limpieza de habitaciones de huéspedes
Reabastecer suministros en las habitaciones
Reemplazar ropa de cama sucia
Responder a llamadas por problemas de limpieza y reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o riesgos de seguridad
Atender consultas y solicitudes de los huéspedes
Los requisitos para el puesto de limpieza incluyen:
Conocimiento de productos, técnicas y métodos de limpieza y desinfección
Capacidad para alcanzar, arrodillarse y agacharse
Capacidad para levantar, empujar y tirar de cargas requeridas, generalmente hasta 30 libras
Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente
