Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus

• 3–6 years of restaurant leadership experience
• Prior Assistant General Manager or Senior Manager experience preferred
• Background in high-volume, fast-casual, or casual dining environments
• Strong leadership presence with confident guest and team communication

• Ability to support scheduling, labor management, staffing, and daily execution
• Organized and dependable leadership style under pressure

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, staffing, labor controls, and operational execution
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Serve as leader on duty as needed
• Help maintain a positive team culture and operational consistency
