Key Responsibilities
- Back of House Leadership: Assist the general manager and head chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Cost Control: Manage inventory and control the cost of goods to optimize profitability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Schedule
