Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care aligned with professional standards.
Assess patient needs and readiness to learn, and provide appropriate education.
Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans in collaboration with the care team.
Prioritize and implement care for patients with complex oncology needs.
Participate in performance improvement and cost-effective care initiatives.
Support discharge planning and advocate for patients and families.
Stay informed on relevant research and bring new ideas to the team.

Skills You Need

Active RN license in North Carolina and BLS certification.
At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or infusion.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex patient care.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within interdisciplinary teams.
