Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate  Special Education/Exceptional Children Teachers  to join our educational team. In this role, you will help students achieve their fullest potential by adapting curriculum, implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and creating inclusive classrooms where every learner can thrive.

Reports to:  Building Principal
Compensation:  Competitive Salary +  incentive pay

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, parents, and service providers.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Maintain accurate IEP and assessment documentation.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education (Master's preferred).
• Valid U.S. Special Education teaching certification.
• Must reside and work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting).
• Experience working with students with diverse disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
