We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally dependable Pharmacist to join our team in Clover. We currently have openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. The Full time position is a PIC (Pharmacist In Charge), must work at least half of the hours that the pharmacy is open per week and be registered with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prescription Management: Accurately compound and dispense prescribed medications according to professional standards and legal requirements.
• Clinical Consultation: Advise physicians and healthcare practitioners on potential drug interactions, side effects, and therapeutic alternatives.
• Patient Advocacy: Provide patients with pertinent drug information, counseling them on proper usage, storage, and potential risks.
• Safety & Oversight: Proactively review prescriptions to ensure proper dosage and identify any potential safety concerns.
• Records Management: Supervise and maintain meticulous records of all medications, including controlled substances, ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Licensure: Must hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and possess a current, valid South Carolina Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy or related medical field is required.
• Dependability: You must be highly dependable. Our team and our patients rely on your consistent presence and punctuality.
• Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex prescriptions and patient needs.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain medical information in an accessible way.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and maintain an organized workspace in a busy pharmacy setting.
