Location: Fayetteville, NC (28301) – Fully Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 annually

In this role, you’ll be a key partner in supporting daily operations, tenant relations, and administrative and financial functions for commercial properties in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do Administrative Operations & Office Support
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions of the property management office
- Answer phones, greet tenants and visitors, and provide front-office support
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems
- Coordinate signage updates, work orders, and office needs
- Support multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Tenant Relations & Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, fostering strong relationships
- Respond to tenant inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a timely manner
- Investigate and help resolve complaints, lease violations, and disturbances
- Communicate building updates, maintenance schedules, and events
Property Operations & Inspections
- Conduct routine inspections of interior and exterior property areas
- Identify maintenance needs and initiate work orders
- Monitor building conditions, parking areas, and common spaces
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors (janitorial, landscaping, security, etc.)
- Issue contracts and track vendor performance
- Schedule and participate in vendor meetings to ensure service quality
- Partner with vendors to support building operations and special events
Financial & Reporting Support
- Assist with preparation of monthly reports, including operational updates and budget variances
- Support annual budget preparation and expense tracking
- Maintain financial records related to maintenance, parking, and building operations
- Apply general accounting knowledge to track and support property financials
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate emergency drills, system testing, and tenant notifications
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors on operational initiatives
- Assist with event planning, parking coordination, and building logistics
Maintenance & Facility Support
- Help coordinate maintenance projects and facility improvements
- Support upkeep of parking decks/lots (cleaning, striping, repairs)
What You Bring
✅ Experience & Education
- 2–5+ years of experience in administration, office management, customer service, or property management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
✅ Skills & Strengths
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- General understanding of financial tracking, reporting, or accounting concepts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, structured environment
✅ Nice-to-Have
- Experience with property management or facilities coordination
- Familiarity with systems such as Building Engines or RealPage
- North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License (preferred)
