*Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit:*The mission of the School of Social Work is to advance equity, transform systems, improve lives. *Position Summary:*The School of Social Work hires intermittent part-time adjunct faculty (Practice) during the academic year and/or summer sessions to teach one or more courses in the MSW or PhD programs. Curriculum, programs and content areas determine teaching needs.
*Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:*Master's degree in social work is required. Two-years of professional social work experience in direct practice, community practice, management, and/or policy practice is required.
*Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:*A doctoral degree or the completion of some doctoral coursework in social work or a related field is preferred.
A professional social work license and/or other relevant credentials are preferred.
Teaching experience in social work graduate education is preferred.
Teaching experience in social work practice courses is preferred.
