Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Blazer Jobs is currently hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician for the upcoming school year in the Cary, North Carolina area. In partnership with local school districts, we are seeking experienced and energetic professionals who are dedicated to supporting students through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Position Overview:
- Full-time, contract role for the school year
- School-based placement within a collaborative support team
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student behavior and development
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students
- Collect and record accurate data on student progress
- Assist in developing positive behavior strategies
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff
Requirements:
- Active national Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in behavioral science preferred
- Compliance with all state and local requirements for school-based employment
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and data collection skills
