**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any unusual activity according to established protocols.
+ Operate and maintain awareness of assigned equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company and location guidelines.
+ Assist visitors and employees with security-related inquiries and provide directions as needed.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
+ Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and location staff to support a secure environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
+ Have 2 or more years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience or possess a college degree.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
