What You'll Do
• Support agents and leadership with day-to-day business operations
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
• Follow up with prospective agents and clients
• Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling
• Help coordinate meetings, trainings, and events
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy office environment

The Alliance is an insurance marketing organization that provides support, marketing, training and infrastructure to a nationwide group of agents. At the corporate office, we oversee the function and operations of this agent force. Whether you like marketing, sales, coaching, IT, event planning, or logistics - we have a role for you. With approximately 150 employees at the home office in Burlington, NC we provide a proven sales system, state-of-the-art lead program, act as liaison to our carriers and provide assistance needed for our agents to receive the training they need for success.
The Alliance currently has agents in all 50 states and is dedicated to putting clients first. We are affiliated with over a dozen highly rated insurance carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, Foresters and CFG, and provide products for our agents that are in high demand. Our entire lead system is created and maintained in house with cutting-edge marketing efforts that reach untapped markets. As an independent agency organization, we can provide our agents with great products to offer their clients meeting a variety of needs and budgets.
