Position Summary

As an Flexographic Printing Press Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating print presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining equipment to meet customer standards. You'll monitor production, perform quality checks, prepare materials, and support team training—all while following safety and maintenance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run print presses based on job specification.
• Conduct quality checks and measurements
• Mix and dispense inks, prepare materials, and scan components
• Clean and maintain presses and equipment
• Mentor entry-level operators and troubleshoot issues
• Follow safety and operational procedures

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine operation experience in manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Color vision and visual acuity (screening required)
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Flexographic printing experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.50 per hour. Pay is bi-weekly.
