Quality Control Technician

You will inspect products for assembly accuracy, operational safety, and craftsmanship. Working alongside management and production leads, you’ll troubleshoot quality issues in real-time to ensure every shipment meets our rigorous standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor and audit production processes for consistency.
- Use calipers, gauges, and software (Excel/Word) to document quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to correct defects quickly.
- Education: 2-year Trade/Technical degree, Military Certification, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Proficient with measurement tools; strong attention to detail.
- Physicality: Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and lift/push/pull up to 80 lbs .
- Environment: Comfortable working in a warehouse with moving mechanical parts.
