Production Associate – Doors and Frames Assembly Line
Location: Sanford, NC
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Starting Pay: $17/hr (with pay increase after 30 days based on attendance and performance)
About the Role:
Join a dynamic team helping to build high-quality doors as part of a fast-paced production line. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and production of doors
- Operate power tools including nail guns, hammers, and screwdrivers
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Must have steel toe boots
- Must wear required PPE at all times
- Comfortable using power tools- Construction experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Background check required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM until daily orders are completed (~6pm)
- Typically 45–55 hours per week
