Worship Director — Nags Head Church (Outer Banks, NC)
Help us lead a growing church into its next season.
Something is happening at Nags Head Church. We are growing and have the possibility of launching a third service. It seems like God is sending us new people every week.
You wouldn’t be starting from scratch. We have a worship team of roughly 12 musicians and vocalists already serving — some with us for more than 20 years, most for 5+, a few newer to the team. They rotate weeks on and off, and the skill range runs from highly accomplished to solidly capable. They know how to serve. They’re ready for someone to lead them into what’s next.
We’re looking for a Worship Director who feels at home in this kind of moment.
