What We're Looking For:
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests.
- Handle reservations and payments.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
