Large student apartment community seeks full-time maintenance technician. Position requires that you be on-call 24/7 in a regular rotation. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more and climb stairs repetitively. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with resident college students and parents, supervisors, vendors, and staff members. Maintenance and HVAC skills and experience preferred. Candidate must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Full benefit package includes housing, health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
