Melissa Greer Inc. in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Real Estate Courier/Staging Design Assistant to join our team. As part of our dynamic real estate company, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by handling courier tasks, general business support, and assisting with home staging. $20/hour weekdays, $25/hour on evenings and weekends. FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL
Compensation:$20 hourly ($25 on evenings and weekends)
Responsibilities:- Deliver and pick up staging items such as furniture, decor, and signage to and from various properties.
- Ensure all staging items are properly arranged and set up in each property according to the staging plan.
- Coordinate with the real estate team to schedule timely deliveries and pick-ups.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of staging items and report when supplies need to be replenished.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the staging items storage area.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate office settings.
- Critical thinking and self-sufficiency.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexible schedule, available nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
