$20/hour weekdays, $25/hour on evenings and weekends. FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL

$20 hourly ($25 on evenings and weekends)

• Deliver and pick up staging items such as furniture, decor, and signage to and from various properties.
• Ensure all staging items are properly arranged and set up in each property according to the staging plan.
• Coordinate with the real estate team to schedule timely deliveries and pick-ups.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of staging items and report when supplies need to be replenished.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the staging items storage area.

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate office settings.
• Critical thinking and self-sufficiency.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule, available nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
